My 30th birthday in 2023 marked the beginning of an unexpected turn in my life. I quit drinking, vaping, pharmaceuticals, stopped giving into unrealistic beauty standards, and more as I prepared for my first Ayahuasca ceremony, a ceremony that changed the course of my destiny.
